The Masquerade at Tobacco Dock: 1st wave of talent announced

Halloween in London is one of the most iconic dates of the clubbing calendar, and this year the biggest party in the capital can be found at Tobacco Dock. As Claptone’s The Masquerade takes over this exclusive space, the biggest indoor festival happening in the Capital this Halloween will feature an iconic line-up across 4 colossal arenas. Big crystalline sound systems, the most terrifying production and many special surprises are promised for The Masquerade’s grand return to London.

We are thrilled to be able to announce the first artists that will join us and Claptone for the biggest event in London this Halloween.

Leading the line of announcements is Faithless, one of the defining electronic acts of the last three decades and responsible for some of the greatest dance tracks of all time, will debut at Tobacco Dock with a special DJ set. Also joining is one of the party scene’s most notoriously hedonistic DJs, Fat Tony. The Fashion’s most esteemed DJ and an LGBTQ+ icon has over 35 years of notoriety in clubland behind his back.

Tobacco Dock will also see Brooklyn legend Todd Terry taking over the raving space. As one of the standout DJs and producers of his generation, Todd’s impact cannot be understated. Joining him will be Nothing Else Matters’ head honcho Danny Howard. An authority on the culture, the sound and the scene, a decade-long tenure at BBC Radio 1 has positioned him as the tastemaker of his generation.

Further additions include Paul Woolford, one of house music’s most colourful hitmakers and a hero of the underground. Also joining is one of the key figures in the music world, Arielle Free. Her meteoric rise in the dance music industry is an earnest one, having constantly shaped the musical landscape around her.

One of London’s fastest rising stars, Melle Brown, is set to soundtrack the dancefloors of Tobacco Dock with her unique sound, built from a perfect combination of different genres. Jess Bays, one of house music’s brightest young stars, will also take over the stages at Tobacco Dock. The Defected and Rinse FM resident is a soaring talent that continues to evolve into the complete package with a string of hot releases for the likes of Glasgow Underground, Armada and Simma Black.

Rounding up the first drop of announcements are two heavyweight names of today’s dance music world. On a steady rise since 2019, French talent Dombresky’s career has never shown any signs of slowing down. Having gained support from important DJs all over the world including Claptone, Annie Mac, Pete Tong or Danny Howard, his reputation shows that he is one of the most in-demand DJs of today. Jacques Lu Cont, one of the most influential producers in dance music history, will also showcase his endless arsenal of songs at Tobacco Dock. Having produced for artists such as Madonna, Dua Lipa, The Killers, Kylie Minogue and many more, his set is one not to be missed.

Pre-sale tickets are released this Thursday at 12pm and the anticipation is extremely high. Secure your place now via the link below and lose yourself in a sonic realm conducted by some of the scene’s biggest DJs and, of course, the masked man himself.
